The Birthday Boy in his Elmo Shirt ... TOO CUTE!

The Birthday Banner and deco that Lissy helped make. Thank you to Lissy for all her hard work and creativity. She made all the paper goods for his party from the invitations and thank yous to the banner and center piece signs. They were perfect.

This is the kid table that Todd made out of milk creates and a few pieces of plywood. The kids loved working around it. It was the perfect height. Thank you Daddy!

Carson getting busy at the craft table!

Kids playing in the Jump House.

Carson eating his cupcake ... love the icing.

Still eating ....

OH that was SOOO GOOD!

What was left of his cupcake.

This is how we told our friend the we were pregnant.

A center piece ... there is a real "Dorthy"goldfish in there. Everyone had an amazing time. Thanks again to Lissy for all the help.
I never get all the pictures I want at our parties. Plus this time we had some guest show up 15 minutes early so I was unable to get all the shots of Carson and the decor that I wanted to. The next time I need to hire a photographer. Oh Well there will always be next year.

Carson's First Day of Preschool

Carson's backpack and gifts for his teachers.

Carson and Daddy on his first day of school.

Still not too sure about going to preschool.

All loaded up and ready to go.

Walking with Daddy into Preschool.

Wanting to walk all by himself. Still my little man but such a BIG BOY. "B" got to go to preschool too.

Getting ready to go into my classroom. That is Ms Robin my teacher.

Such a Big Boy. Not one tear.

This is when Mommy and Daddy came back to pick me up. I LOVED preschool.

Ms. Robin and Carson after his first day of preschool. Look at that huge smile.

I'm a Big Boy Now! I wanted to carry my own backpack and artwork.

After preschool we went out to eat to celebrate. I loved playing with the animal wall.

Carson Turns TWO

Carson's both sets of Grandparents came to Dallas for his 2nd birthday. We were going to have an Elmo party with his friends but with the whole IVF process we had to move that party to a later date. So for his real birthday we had a CARS theme.

Todd went in the morning to go pick up the balloons from Kroger and we were able to surprise Carson when he woke up.

Before we headed out for the day. Carson got to open a few small presents. Then we were off to go pick up Grandma and Papa from the airport. Then we all met up with Grandma Joy and Granddad for lunch.

After lunch Carson took a good nap and then it was time for the presents.
He's riding his scooter with both Grandmas.

OH it's ELMO!

Baby or Two Making Business

In August we started the IVF process. On the day of the retrieval we had a little celebration for our embryos which were being created that day.

Our results of IVF. That day we went in for a blood test that confirmed that we were pregnant.
We are very blessed!!!!

Baseball and Potty Training

Carson has started potty training himself. I was going to wait another 6 months but he is very interested in it now. This is a pic from when he first started. Now he has to be naked and climbs up on the potty all by himself. He sits on the back of the seat and goes pee pee. His placement on the seat may lead to problems when he tries to go stinky and his choice to be naked may be an issue at preschool. But we are so proud of our BIG BOY!

Now when Carson watches sporting events on TV he goes and gets the appropriate sports gear. This pic is from the Little League World Series. He went into his room to go get his Cards hat and baseball glove. When we were watching golf he got his putter and a ball. Then while watching tennis he got his little ping pong paddles and a ball. I think we may have a little sports fan on our hands.

Baby, Big Boy and Pasta

Welcome Baby Lincoln!

Finally after many months he made it up there by himself. Such a BIG BOY!

Not really sure about how to get down. He was a little scared.

Getting to BIG for my bed.

I think I may be ready for my BIG BOY BED.

Yummy Pasta. I now try to spin my fork to pick up the noodles.
