JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP .... Carson got a new toy tonight. Todd and I were so excited about it that we put it together after we got back from dinner. Easter Week Trip to KV

On Wednesday last week Carson and I flew into STL for the week. Sara was kind enough to pick us up and then we met Lissy for lunch at Imos ... yummy! Thank you to the both of you because I know it was not easy with all the changes that took place ... stuck in DFW for seven hours on Tuesday only to go home and try again on Wednesday. But at last we made it to MO! Sara, Carson, and I then made our way back to KV. Soon in the next few days everyone joined us. We had a big weekend, Sara's Baby Shower, Sara's Birthday, and Easter.

Carson did not have as much fun as he would have liked. On Thursday morning we woke up with our first teething cold. The next few days were full of snot, snot, and more snot and some sleepless night in the middle of all the snot. Thank you to everyone for your help.

Since we have been a little battery challenged ... I lost the battery charger ... there are not as many pics as I would have like to have. No worry the back up charger has been shipped and should be here any day now.

Please enjoy the pics and I should have more soon. I think I may take new pics of Carson, Todd and I in our Easter best since I got none on Easter ... Oh well we do what we need to do.

Carson was not feeling well today (teething and a cold). So we were so happy with how these turned out. The photographer was wonderful and worked so well with Carson. Enjoy!!!

Happy St. Patty's Night

Lindsi's Birthday

Friday was Lindsi's Birthday To keep her birthday dinner a surprise Carson and I took her to lunch. Rey was able to join us too since he got off early. Here are some pics from the day.

Tony and Tina's Wedding

Sunday we were invited to Tony and Tina's wedding. I must say it was eventful and full of laughs. There was everything from a singing nun to the father of the Groom's stripper girlfriend. Tina's ex-boyfriend was having a ruff time and ended up drunk and shirtless. The drinking pregnant bridesmaid and her boyfriend wanted diaper changing tips from Todd. The priest even ended up three sheets to the wind. Everyone had a good time ... most people ended up have "Too Good" of a time. It was lucky the bride (Tina) made it out on her own two feet. She was a little toasted too ... well okay maybe a lot toasted. In case you didn't already know "Tony and Tina's Wedding" is an off broadway show. Todd and I took the Early's Spring Break Crew on Sunday afternoon. We all thought it was great! Here are a few pics from the show.

Grandma, Papa, Caroline, and Molly in Dallas

The Early's came to Dallas for their spring break. After we picked them up from the airport we went to the Gaylord Resort for lunch. This was the start to Carson's great "Tasting Experience." Papa and Grandma have introduced him to wonderful new foods such as Queso Dip, french fries, ketchup, biscuts, salad, dressing and so on. He is a big fan of them. Here are some picks from the first few days of their trip.

Update

Just a little update for everyone. Carson turned 6 months on the 29th of last month. So on Monday we went in for his check up. He is 18 lbs. and is 281/2 inches long. He's in the 50th percentile for his weight and head size. He's in the 96th percentile for his length. His doctor says he's a "perfect baby." I think he is pretty near perfect myself.

Grandma, Papa, Caroline and Molly are going to come visit us tomorrow. Carson can't wait. He's even had a hard time sleeping. He woke up at 4:00AM this morning so excited they were coming. :)
