**This was the cutest picture I could get today. Our little man was not feeling well today. So this is how cute you can look when you have a fever and runny nose.**

Guess who found the chocolate eggs?

Helping Daddy wash his car.

Carson loves tomato and basil soup with grilled cheese.

Look I'm not eating the crayons ... I now know how to color.
What a big boy he is becoming.

The past few weeks have been pretty relaxed around here. We have had amazing weather and loved every minute off it. Enjoy the pics!

A few weeks ago I hosted a baby shower for my friend Ann Marie from our playgroup. I planed it around a circus theme. "The Cutest Show on Earth" to celebrate Ann Marie and her little peanut Alex. I had just too much fun planning this one. I think it turned out pretty well. Here are a few pics of the decor.

Too Cute ... They are on the wrong feet ... BUT he did it on his own.

I had Carson's outfit for the day laid out in the living room. When I came out of our room this is what I saw. It was the first time he put his own shoes on by himself.

Look what my little man picked for me. What a sweet little boy.

He worked very hard to get into the seat so I went ahead and gave him something to eat while he was there.

TOO much playing ... leads to a sleepy lunch.

Not much went on last week. We got back from Naples late Tuesday and were able to get everything unpack and start the laundry before we went to bed. I'm very happy about that by the way. Thursday Carson and I hosted playgroup at our house. Todd was so nice and got the jump house and water table out since it was such a nice day. The kids loved it and many went home with wet cloths. On Sunday we went to the Dallas Museum of Art to see the King Tut exhibit. Carson was such a good boy and enjoyed listening to his voice echo through the halls. He also learned how the say "Tut." What a smart boy ... hahaha. He is just growing and changing everyday. In the past few weeks he learned how to climb onto the table and open all the doors. He his really keeping Todd and I busy. On Friday Carson had his 18 month check up. He is still in the 50th percentile in weight (25lbs) and head size. He is in the 90th percentile in height (34 inches). His doctor who calls him eyelashes said he is a healthy happy boy. I would have to agree with her. Other than that things were pretty relaxed around here.

We spent last week in Naples with Todd's parents. Carson really enjoyed himself while we were there. Todd and I were able to sit back and relax for a while. It was very nice.

Week in KV

Our flight from DFW to MCI ... Carson is getting better with being on a plane.

Sorry for the delay in our post. We have just been busy with our trip back to KV and then a week later a trip to Naples to see Todd's parents.

We were back in KV over Valentine's Day. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. It was a great treat to be able to see everyone. All my brothers and sisters were able to make it back for the weekend too. The cousins are just loving being around each other. It's really fun to watch them interact. They are a pretty funny bunch. Carson spent some time pushing Ellie around in a little kid stroller. They both really enjoyed it.
Grandma and Papa treated us all to a turkey dinner for Valentine's Day. It is my most favorite meal. Thank you for that. Below are some pics from the week. Enjoy!

Carson's First Pony Ride

On our way home ... sleepy little man.

Picture with Mo the buffalo.

Carson really liked the horses.

On his first pony ride.

Too Fun!

While in Fort Worth Carson went on his first pony ride. I think he enjoyed it a little more than the petting zoo. I have included a little video clip of his first pony ride. Then we went through the stables to see the horses. I have a cute little video clip of Carson saying "hi" to a horses. We were walking by one when it let out a loud "nee" and it got Carson's attention. Todd told him the horses was saying hi so Carson said hi back.

++There was a problem with the video clips. I will try to put them in a new post.++

Fort Worth Petting Zoo

I want to go off on my own but I just can't do it.

They were just too cute. I love the little white one.

Near the end of his visit he went off on his own. What a BIG BOY

This is where Carson spent most his time at the petting zoo ... in between Daddy's legs.

At first he was not too sure about this.

Saturday morning we headed over to the Fort Worth Stock Show. They had a petting zoo and pony rides that Carson was able to enjoy. We were also able to go see some horses.

Dancing Man

Todd was so nice and watched Carson while we were at the Galleria Friday. I was able to actual try on clothes in dressing room. That way I would not have to buy everything in three different sizes. Go home and try them on during nap time then run back to the stores and return the two that did not fit. I was able to finish all my shopping for both Carson and I in one hour and 15 minutes. While there Carson grew tired with the play area and want to explore the mall. They walked the whole mall. When I met up with them Carson was dancing outside of a store that had some loud music playing. I was able to get a short video clip of it. Enjoy!
