Look What I Can Do Now

Carson can now climb up onto all the counter tops in our house. This is how I found him after his nap. He wanted to get the alligator magnet (in his left hand) off the refrigerator. The alligator is smiling for the picture too. He can also open the refrigerator all by himself. He is so loving his world now. He has so many things that he can reach.

He wanted to watch Elmo and eat his Cheerios. This is how I found him 5 minutes later.

He did help me clean them up like a Big Boy.

Carson getting his first tattoo. It was a race car. Later it scared him a little when he was in the shower. I love my little chicken.

Carson's first cakewalk with Daddy. Matt and Hang invited us to their church's Fun Night. Carson got to eat dinner, listen to live music, play in a jump house (until he got scared), and play a few games. We had to head out a little early because our Little Man who did not take a nap was turning into our Little Monster who was starting to get a Little Cold.

They Are Growing

Here is our latest sono of the twins. The one on the left is on his side. The one on the right is face the front. If you look closely you can see their heads, hands and legs. They are doing great and are the right size. We have another sono on Monday before we head home for Grandma and Papa's Halloween Party.

Halloween Decor and Pumpkins

Saturday at the Dallas Arboretum

Daddy and Carson doing a hay maze.

Carson cheating on the hay maze and loving it.

The Arboretum had these little houses based on children's book. Carson is playing in one here.

Our little man is a little upset.

Pretty!!!

The Pumkin House

Carson chasing a squirrel and playing on this side of the sidewalk.

This is what was on the other side of the sidewalk. He did not even notice till Todd took him over to see the ship base of the book Peter Pan.

My Cutie!

He ran up and down this hill about 15 times.

Hugging Todd at the bottom of the hill.

Too Sweet!
On Saturday we went to the Dallas Arboretum for the afternoon so that Carson could see the pumpkins. It was a beautiful day and the Arboretum was amazing. Every time you turned around there was something pretty to watch. I think Carson enjoyed himself.

Carson's Shower

Carson now loves to take showers. He will even take them for fun. When he takes his shower he has to have his toys in with him. After he is done he puts them all back in his bath bucket. Such a GOOD BOY!
Oh my look at all those toys.

Chase and Carson

Chase was so nice to share his PJ's with Carson. Cousins Hug!

Cousins Hug Again!
A few weeks ago Niki, Sue and Chase came to Dallas. That Saturday night we went over to Pat's house for dinner and the kids got to play around and have a fun time.

It's Twins

We found out for sure on Thursday that we were having twins. What wonderful news. Here is a pic from the sono. It shows both sacks with the babies in them. Dr. Haas said they were a good size and had great heartbeats. We are very blessed and excited. Lets let the craziness begin. Sorry for the poor quality of pic but we don't have a scanner and this is the best I could do. We will post more soon. WOO HOO!

BIG BOY UNDERWEAR and High Heels

Carson loves wearing our shoes. I thought he was getting around better in these high heels than some of my sisters. They were even on the wrong feet.

I can use these pic one day as a bribe.

Look who has on BIG BOY underwear. I loved him in these boxer briefs but he was not a fan.

He was really not a fan of the whole underwear thing at all. Our little man loves to go commando. I put these on him and in less than a minute they were off. So then it was time to bring in my next line of attack.

Elmo underwear. He like these a little more and they lasted for about 4 minutes before they were off. I think our battle with potty training is going to be keeping underwear on him. But hey I will take it. Things could be a lot worse.

Carson's ELMO Birthday Party

Birthday cupcakes and snacks.

Birthday Cupcakes and Elmo pics that Lissy made.

Party Favor Basket

The Birthday Boy in his Elmo Shirt ... TOO CUTE!

The Birthday Banner and deco that Lissy helped make. Thank you to Lissy for all her hard work and creativity. She made all the paper goods for his party from the invitations and thank yous to the banner and center piece signs. They were perfect.

This is the kid table that Todd made out of milk creates and a few pieces of plywood. The kids loved working around it. It was the perfect height. Thank you Daddy!

Carson getting busy at the craft table!

Kids playing in the Jump House.

Carson eating his cupcake ... love the icing.

Still eating ....

OH that was SOOO GOOD!

What was left of his cupcake.

This is how we told our friend the we were pregnant.

A center piece ... there is a real "Dorthy"goldfish in there. Everyone had an amazing time. Thanks again to Lissy for all the help.
I never get all the pictures I want at our parties. Plus this time we had some guest show up 15 minutes early so I was unable to get all the shots of Carson and the decor that I wanted to. The next time I need to hire a photographer. Oh Well there will always be next year.
